Queen Anne Renovation

About This Project

About Queen Anne Renovation

This classic Seattle home was originally built in 1910 in Seattle’s desirable Queen Anne neighborhood and has panoramic views of the city skyline and Mt Rainier. Our client’s goal was to reconfigure a number of the rooms and to overlay and integrate an unabashedly contemporary aesthetic seamlessly with the home’s traditional pedigree.

In this process all three floors were largely remodeled with the exception of the dramatic entry hall and living room. Care was taken to avoid extensive disruption to the exterior, except an addition for the family room and kitchen.

This home received a 3-Star Built Green certification from the Washington Built Green program.
