project briefs | salmon bay landingWe’re excited to say the Salmon Bay Landing building has been completed - under budget and ahead of schedule! Schuchart Corporation is putting the finishing touches on the lobby spaces, metal-panel siding, and the curtain wall. Final permits should be approved shortly for the core-and-shell so we can begin tenant improvement work. We have put together an exceptional building. It’s an elegant, classy space with sharp and clean architectural details. Northwest touches can be found in the lobby’s walls and entryway, made of reclaimed cedar from the Salmon Bay ship canal. Construction superintendent John Crawford did the millwork. This building will anchor the entire Salmon Bay Marine Center business park. At the neighboring Salmon Bay Marine Center, two buildings have been completed and two more are under construction as the yacht slips are filling.
