For 20 years, Aaron has been a member of the Stuart Silk Architects team providing leadership in numerous highly successful residential and commercial projects in the Pacific Northwest, California, and Canada. His homes have been featured in Elle Decore, Metropolitan Home, Trends, Better Homes & Gardens, Traditional Home, Seattle Homes & Lifestyles, Pacific Northwest Magazine, and more. Recent awards include 2006 and 2010 Excellence in Masonry Residential Honors Award and Best Modern at 2012 Luxe Magazine Barkitecture.
Aaron is a registered architect in the state of Washington and was previously involved with Turner Helton Interior Design and the Vine Street Green Project for the Downtown Council for Urban Planning. Before relocating to Seattle, he worked as a crew leader for Habitat for Humanity in New Orleans and a custom residential construction company in North Carolina.
Aaron attended North Carolina State University School of Design, then received a master’s of architecture degree in 1996 from Tulane University. To further his study in the relationship between design and craft, Aaron and his wife have spent significant time remodeling their own homes. He also enjoys coaching and playing soccer, music and the performing arts, and spending time with friends and family.
